What you pay for
Every price is per venue, per month, in AUD. You only pay for what you add.
Free core venue
$0 - one Chefy Core venue, three users and the owner admin, at no cost.
Extra venue
$79 / month - each venue after your first free core venue.
Extra user
$5 / month - each user beyond the three included per venue.
Extra admin
$19 / month - each admin beyond the included owner admin.
Modules
From $15 / venue / month - only on the venues where you switch one on.

30-day trial
Try the paid modules free for 30 days. The core venue is always free.
Usage measured live
Venues, users, admins and modules are counted from your live setup; change them during the month and the bill adjusts.
Automatic discounts
Discounts apply automatically when usage qualifies; Chefy Rewards adds 5% after 30 continuous days.
One invoice
Everything on a single monthly invoice, itemised by venue, users, admins and modules.

When do paid charges start?
Paid charges begin after your 30-day module trial, or when you add a paid module, an extra venue, user or admin beyond the free core. The core venue itself is always free.
How is usage measured?
Chefy counts your active venues, users, admins and enabled modules from your live setup. Changes during the month are reflected, so you only pay for what you actually use.
How does the 30-day trial work?
You can try the paid modules free for 30 days. The free core venue has no trial clock - it stays free for as long as you use it.
When are invoices sent?
Once a month, itemised by venue, users, admins and modules, in AUD.
What currencies do you support?
Pricing is billed in AUD today. Other currencies shown on the site are indicative and not yet finalised.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Pricing is month to month - add, remove or cancel whenever you need.
